Ordering & Shipping

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and posted.
Custom items do take longer, please allow 10-14 days for custom order to be made and posted.

As much as the pups try to assist in packing, they are not very quick.

We do our best to ensure items are always in stock, some items though, are made-to-order and may take longer to prepare.

Local Pickup

Orders are available to collect during business hours (Tuesday- Saturday, 10am - 5pm) from Wiggle Butts Pet Co in Berwick.

 

Post

Orders are sent Australia wide via Australia post.

Postage should take between 5-7 business days, but please allow for delays depending on location. Delays may also occur due to the current pandemic.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange the product for another similar item. Please contact us at info@wigglebutts.com.au to discuss returns.

Any product you return must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

 

Refunds are not given for change of mind or custom orders.

Wiggle Butts Pet Co are not responsible for return shipping costs (unless product is faulty). Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund you receive.

We take no responsibility for any damage during postage, all items are posted via Australia Post or Couriers.
